At MyFirstChef, we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information as a Founding Chef on our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to facilitate the home-kitchen business model, including your name, WhatsApp number, kitchen address, and basic FSSAI registration details (if applicable).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to connect you with local customers, process food orders, and facilitate delivery logistics via our third-party partners. Your exact residential address is never shown publicly on the app; it is only shared with verified delivery executives.

3. Data Security

We implement strict digital security protocols to ensure your data is safe. We do not sell your personal data to marketing agencies.

By registering as a Founding Chef with MyFirstChef, you agree to the following terms:

1. The Founding Chef Program

Early registrants are designated as "Founding Chefs" and will enjoy a 0% platform commission fee for the first 30 days following our official public launch in the NCR region. Following this period, a standard platform maintenance fee will apply.

2. Quality Assurance

You agree to maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and timely preparation. MyFirstChef reserves the right to suspend any kitchen that receives consistent poor feedback or violates health protocols.

3. Payouts and Settlements

Payments for successful orders will be settled to your registered bank account on a weekly basis, subject to standard banking timelines.

To ensure our customers receive safe, authentic, and hygienic food, all MyFirstChef partners must adhere to the Digital Hearth Standards:

• No Commercial Kitchens: Our platform is strictly for residential home cooks. Food must be prepared in a home kitchen environment.
• Hygiene First: Hairnets and aprons must be worn during preparation. Kitchens must pass a mandatory virtual video inspection before activation.
• Packaging: All food must be packed in secure, leak-proof, food-grade containers. (MyFirstChef will provide guidelines and initial starter kits for Founding Chefs).
• Freshness Guarantee: Food must be prepared fresh upon receiving the order or as per the agreed daily tiffin schedule. Stale or reused food is strictly prohibited.
